  • Product Information: All product details, including prices and availability, are subject to change at any time. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information on our website is always complete or error-free.
  • Order Process:
    • You can place orders directly through our website.
    • After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: All orders will be prepared as quickly as possible and we aim to get your parcel ready for shipping within 1-2 days. Shipping usually takes 5-8 days from the time of purchase, however delays are possible. If there are any extreme delays for whatever reason we will get in contact with you via email.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

5. Payments

  • Payment Terms: All payments are processed securely at the time of order confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns: Returns are only accepted if the goods were damaged during transport.
    • In the case of damage, we require a photograph of the damaged item to process a return request.
  • Refunds:
    • Refunds will be provided only if the item is proven to be damaged during transport.
    • If the item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic proof of the damage.

7. Custom Products

  • Requesting Custom Orders: Custom ceramic pieces can be requested via direct message on our Instagram or by emailing us at feverdreamstudios.bali@gmail.com.

  • Custom Order Details:

    • A 30% deposit is required upfront to initiate custom orders.
    • Not every custom order will be possible for us to produce as our production capasity is limited, confirmation will depend on the requested design
    • Once the design is confirmed, no changes can be made without incurring additional costs.
    • The remaining balance will be due before shipping.
    • Shipping costs may vary depending on size and additional packaging that may be required.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Feverdream Studios and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Customer Rights: Customers are allowed to use purchased products for personal and commercial purposes (e.g., displaying in their home or using them in commercial projects). However, customers are not allowed to reproduce or resell our designs without prior permission.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information (such as your name, email, and shipping address) only to process your orders and communicate with you.

  • Data Usage: Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for order fulfillment.

  • Data Protection: We employ secure practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Feverdream Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays, damages during shipping, or issues caused by customs.
  • Our liability is limited to the price paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

12. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: Feverdream Studios reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review them periodically.
